The site

The site describes our dinners and services and lets you contact us or purchase seats at ticketed events. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time. All content on the site — text, photographs, and branding — belongs to us and may not be reused without permission.

Tickets and events

• Seat purchases are processed by Stripe; the price, date, and any event-specific conditions are stated on each dinner's listing at the time of purchase.
• Dinners proceed rain or shine unless we notify you otherwise.
• Some event locations are shared only close to the event date; we'll send details to the email used at purchase.
• The refund and transfer policy for each event is stated on its listing. If we cancel an event, you receive a full refund.
• Seats are limited and sold first-come, first-served; a purchase is confirmed only when payment completes.

Allergies and dietary needs

Our meals are prepared in kitchens and outdoor settings that handle common allergens. Tell us about allergies or dietary restrictions when you book or reply to your confirmation email — we'll do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. You are responsible for deciding whether an event is safe for your needs.

Alcohol

Events are BYOB unless stated otherwise. Guests who bring or consume alcohol must be of legal drinking age and are responsible for their own conduct and transportation.

Assumption of risk and liability

Dinners take place at outdoor and third-party venues involving open flame and uneven terrain. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability in connection with an event or the site is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Inquiries

Information you submit through the site must be accurate and yours to share. Don't use the site unlawfully or attempt to interfere with its operation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts covering Bucks County, PA.
